About Johnny Baisley


From a humble start in a friend's garage in 2022, Johnny Baisley started NOCO Performance and it has grown leaps and bounds. Within the first year, he relocated to a 7000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility. Johnny is a nurturing and encouraging coach, and is now assembling a passionate team of knowledgeable trainers. His coaching journey began while studying to be a math teacher at the University of Northern Colorado. He honed his coaching skills in middle school basketball, high school track and field, and most notably, high school cross country under the guidance of Colorado's hall of fame coach, Mark Robert. He found a knack for coaching in the weight room while working with these teams. Despite being a math teacher at Mead High School, Johnny's passion for teaching and fitness led him to enhance his skills with several external courses. He has earned the USA Weightlifting Level 1, CrossFit Level 1 and 2, CF-Gymnastics, CF-Kids, Universal Speed Rating L1, and a master's degree in instruction and curriculum development from the University of Colorado. A fun fact - as NOCO Performance moved into its new facility, Johnny got married. He and his wife, Elaine, are expecting their first child. Life is always exciting for Coach Johnny and NOCO Performance, and we can't wait to see what's next!
