About Mikayla Kammerzell


My name is Mikayla Kammerzell and I am the founder of Vitality Wellness. I am 28 years old and I was born and raised in Frederick, Colorado. I went to high school at Mead High School where I was involved in both basketball and volleyball before I decided to continue on my volleyball career at the collegiate level. I played division I volleyball at University of Missouri Kansas City and graduated with a Bachelors of Health Science in 2018. Currently my husband, our two pups and I live in Milliken, Colorado where my husband is a full-time farmer. Along with MT, I also work as an EMT in the emergency department and coach high school volleyball. I have been the head volleyball coach at Mead High School for 6 seasons now and have loved being a part of such an amazing community. In hope to find a profession that would encompass both athletics and physical wellbeing of my community, I have found myself in the world of massage therapy. I have discovered that I have a true passion for helping people in a setting where I can take the time to get to know each individual client and formulate a treatment plan that meets his/her specific goals. With my background in athletics and medicine I aim to help my clients achieve their goals whether it's increased relaxation, stress reduction or injury recovery. In my off time, I love spending time with my family, going camping, and doing just about anything creative.
