About Nick Holst


My name is Nick Holst and I’m very excited to work with you all this summer! I was born and raised in Longmont Colorado and have loved every second of it. I went to Longmont Christian for High school and played basketball, baseball, and football in my time there. I recently graduated from CSU in Fort Collins with a degree in Health and Exercise Science. I try to involve exercise in everything I do! I really enjoy working with younger athletes and teaching them the importance of exercise and movement! If you don’t see me in the gym, chances are I’m spending some quality time with my friends and family!
